The Wel Driller's Certificate is a document performed by an independant company.  John D. Patterson and Associates who are Consulting Engineers and Geologists have comleted this Well Drillers Certificate.  This entire document is available threw our Parkdale or Kanata offices.  Just ask to speak with one of the listing agents.  This document is necessary to show that there is sufficient and a suitable water supply across the enitre subdivision.
