Building Covenants and Restrictions are the rules and regulaions that a builder or home owner must abide by when building the home in a subdivision. These usually are made in reference with the size of the home, location, Exterior finishing features and local municipal restrictions on building in the area.  

The following covenants that are attached shall be incorporated in all purchase and sale agreements and in all transfers from the Owner with the express intent that they shall be covenants running with the lands for the benefit of the lands in the subdivision as a building scheme.
